Françoise fell in love with Tuscany at the age of just 17, drawn to its beauty, culture, and the art of living well. Over the years, her dream of creating a peaceful place in the heart of the Sienese hills became reality with L’Oliveto — a space where nature, creativity, and sustainability come together.
Passionate about “Living Food,” she combines health and pleasure in her cooking, using ingredients from her garden.
